The 1-bar drum loop was known for being used in New Orleans Bounce music, which has been influential in recent hip hop music such as the Drake song 'In My Feelings'.[2] The beat was created by Orville Hall and Phillip Price, who went by the name The Showboys, for the song 'Drag Rap'.
