The song was recorded in Rock Falcon Studios.[8] The song also had a music video which was directed by Evan Brace.[9][8] The song was produced by Nick Raskulinecz, who has also worked with bands such as Rush, Alice in Chains, Ghost,[6] and the Foo Fighters.[10] BackgroundThe song is the first single from their 2018 fourth studio album, Vicious. Metal Injection stated that "it has all the ingredients for a great pop metal song that will surely be all over rock radio and SiriusXM Octane all this summer."[3] When asked about the fan response to the new single, and whether the bandmembers get nervous every time they are about to release new music, Lzzy said: {{quote|"It's kind of like purgatory, because you've kind of released something, but it's not all out there and some people have heard it.
