The company raised $70 million in funding from Andreessen Horowitz, 21st Century Fox and Alphabet Inc.[2] Around 10,000 artists signed up for the platform as of March 2018.[3] Partnerships{{unsourced section|date=April 2019}}In November of 2018, UnitedMasters announced a partnership with the NBA to be the exclusive provider of music from artists that distribute through the platform.
