Route descriptionSR-135 begins at the intersection of 2800 West and 600 North in western Lindon, proceeding east on the latter. The route then bends to the northeast, becoming Pleasant Grove Boulevard. It crosses I-15 at Exit 275, a diamond interchange, and enters the city limits of Pleasant Grove. The route continues northeast for approximately {{convert|0.4|mi|km}} before coming to its eastern terminus at North County Boulevard (SR-129). Pleasant Grove Boulevard continues northeast to US-89 and the city center of Pleasant Grove, though this is not state-maintained.
