释义 |
The Vans challenge is a viral internet challenge that began in March 2019 where people show their Vans shoes landing right-side up after tossing them in the air. The viral sensation reportedly started after a Twitter user shared a video of the occurrence, which was captioned: “Did you know it doesn’t matter how you throw your Vans they will land facing up.” Since then, multiple people on social media posted similar videos of them throwing their Vans in the air and landing right-side up, along with Crocs, UGG boots, and other popular shoes. This theory proved false, as these shoes have not always landed right-side up after tossing them.[1][2][3][4] References1. ^{{cite web|url=https://www.foxnews.com/lifestyle/so-called-vans-challenge-goes-viral-after-twitter-user-notices-shoes-land-right-side-up|title=‘Vans Challenge’ goes viral after Twitter user notices shoes land right-side up after throwing them|first=Madeline|last=Farber|date=March 5, 2019|website=Fox News|accessdate=March 7, 2019}} {{internet-stub}}2. ^{{cite web|url=https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/business/2019/03/06/vans-challenge-croc-challenge-people-throw-shoes-twitter/3078513002/|title=After Vans Challenge, Crocs Challenge has people throwing more shoes on Twitter|website=USA Today|accessdate=March 7, 2019|first=Ashley|last=May}} 3. ^{{Cite web |url=https://www.complex.com/sneakers/2019/03/heres-how-the-vans-challenge-works |title=Here's the Secret to the Vans Challenge |website=Complex |language=en |access-date=2019-03-07}} 4. ^{{Cite web |url=http://time.com/5542996/vans-challenge/ |title=People Are Throwing Vans Shoes Into Air for Viral Challenge |website=Time |language=en |access-date=2019-03-07}} 5 : Internet memes introduced in 2019|Challenges|Sneaker culture|2010s fads and trends|Social media |
