CareerMadrigal Borloz is the Secretary-General of the International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims[1][2] and a board member of the International Justice Resource Center.[3] He has served as a member of the UN Subcommittee on the Prevention of Torture from 2013 to 2016,[4] and as Head of Litigation and Head of the Registry at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.[1] At the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, Madrigal-Borloz was the first staff member in a unit on the human rights of LGBTI persons.[8] He has also held roles with the Danish Institute for Human Rights and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
