At the 2016 Summer Olympics, he competed for the national team in the men's tournament.[1] He played most of his career for Club Egara except for the 2016–17 season when he played for HGC in the Netherlands.[2] International careerRuiz has been playing for the national team since 2013 when he made his debut in 2013 EuroHockey Championships.
