Volodymyr Manzhosov is a Ukrainian politician and deputy head of the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine. CareerPreviously a teacher of history in Donetsk, Manzhosov became an instructor of the Kyiv District Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine from 1988 to 1990. From that year until 1991 he was a consultant for the Donetsk Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. From 1991 to 1996 he worked up through the ranks at the insurance company Slaviya – Donetsk, first as Director of the Department and then as Deputy Director General and Director General. In February 1996 Manzhosov became Chief Specialist at the Donetsk Regional State Administration Building and then volunteered as a representative at the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine. From October of the same year to December 1997 he worked as Deputy Chief of the Central Administrative Board of the DRSA and then worked as its Chief of the Information Policy Department. In August 2005 he became Vice-president of the broadcasting company called "Ukraine".
