V. R. Nagendran is an Indian film director. He was a former assistant of Director Seeman and Susi Ganesan. He directed his first movie Kaaval which got released in June 2015. {{Infobox Person|name=V. He then announced his directorial debut in 2013 which was initially titled as Nee Yellam Nalla Varuvada. Vimal,[1] Samuthirakani recruited to play prominent characters along with Punnagai Poo Geetha, producer of this film playing the lead actress, M. S. Bhaskar, Singamuthu, Imman Annachi and Kumki Ashwin playing supporting roles.[2] G. V. Prakash Kumar was signed to produce the music.
