Plot

The story revolves around five childhood friends Abhi (Ram Pothineni), Vasu (Sree Vishnu), Sai (Kireeti Damaraju), Satish (Priyadarshi Pullikonda) and Koushik (Koushik Rachapudi). Things change when Abhi and Vasu fall in love with the same girl, Mahalakshmi a.k.a Maha (Anupama Parameswaran) who is studying medicine. After knowing that she is a classical singer, Abhi gives her a chance to sing in his band after observing her voice and Vasu encourages her to perform in the programme get the acceptance from her parents. But when both reveal that their love for the same girl, they decide to ask her whom she loves. And she reveals that she loves Vasu. But Abhi doesn't mind as he is a happy-go-lucky guy. Vasu begins to spend more time with Maha and starts ignoring Abhi. This starts a fight between them and Vasu says that priorities change with time and this time Maha is his priority. After hearing this Abhi gets hurt and leaves to Milan without telling anyone.

After four years,Abhi meets Maha's sister in his own restaurant and finds out that Maha was died in the car accident. Abhi feels bad about losing vasu like that and he feels responsible about Vasu's situation He came to know about Sai's marriage and decides to attend. Abhi leaves to Ooty for his friend Sai's marriage only to find Vasu becomes dull and lifeless after Maha's death four years ago. Vasu avoids Abhi for some days as Abhi left him alone when he was needed the most.

Meanwhile Sai's marriage has been canceled because of an argument between Sai's mother and the bride Srushti(Kaumudi Nemani)because of a petty issues with Srushti's dog. Meghana 'Maggi'(Lavanya Tripathi) the wedding planner feels stressed about her loan because she had invested a lot of hopes and money on this wedding. Though she was in losses she had invested through loans and she didn't take any advance from them. Then Abhi pays her loan installment. Maggi promises Abhi to pay him back with interest. Later all the people decides to forget all the things and plans for a trek.On the way to their trek, the local taxi drivers stop them to organise monopoly system by force which leads to a fight. Vasu joins Abhi in this fight. Later, Abhi pours his heart out that he didn't know about Maha and questions him that wouldn't he have come if he was aware. They both happily unite after sorting out their differences. As they all spend time together Maggi becomes close to both Vasu and Abhi. Their friends think that she might be the reason behind Vasu and Abhi's differences once again.

In a sudden encounter, Maha's friend Usha (Priya Chowdary) gives Maha's personal stuff leftover with her to Vasu. Later with the help of Satish, Sai confronts her feelings on Srushti.Srushti accepts his proposal. Then the marriage programs begins again according to the plan with the acceptance of all the people. After completion of wedding Sai convinces Abhi that Vasu loves Maggi and suggests him to drop out. Then Abhi lefts the place without telling anyone. Later Maggi and Vasu asks about Abhi then Sai confronts everything to them then Vasu tells he doesn't have any feelings on Maggie they are just good friends. Maggie also says that she loves Abhi not Vasu. Then all the gang along with Abhi's father finds out him in Ooty's railway station.

Then Vasu reveals the truth which he had known recently through Maha's things which is given by Usha. In Maha's things Vasu notices her diary and gets to know she actually loves Abhi, not him. A day before saying yes to Vasu, Maha meets Abhi and proposes to him. But Abhi requests her to accept Vasu's proposal because he is very sensitive and might get depressed otherwise. Maha obeys Abhi and accepts Vasu's proposal later she understands Vasu's love and changed her mind in the end of the diary she expresses that weather Vasu's finds out this how he will be he react or weather she will say this to him for a lifetime? Then Vasu asks Abhi that why he did like that then Abhi says that when he lost his mother, Vasu took her place in his life and that his priorities won't change anytime, meaning Vasu will always be a priority to Abhi. Then Abhi and Maggie unite and the film ends with happy looking people along with Abhi's father.
