Walter Percival Starmer (1877-1961) was an English artist, cartoonist, muralist, and stained glass designer. He is best known for his murals at the church of St Jude-on-the-Hill at Hampstead Garden Suburb in north London. Early life and familyWalter Starmer was born in 1877.
