On 23 March 2015, Wang reached her best singles ranking of world No. 359. On 1 May 2017, she peaked her best doubles ranking of No. 220. Wang has won two ITF doubles titles. She made her WTA main draw debut at the 2015 Tianjin Open where she was given a wild card into the doubles event partnering Xun Fangying.
