Wan Hydro Electric project is situated near village Wari of Telhara Taluka in Akola District. This project envisages power generation utilizing/availing irrigation releases for about 333 days means 11 months. The power house with installed Capacity of one unit of 1.5 MW (1x1.5 MW) is installed as surface power house at the foot of the Wan Dam.
