Wilkinson Mountain is a summit in northern Wayne County in the U.S. state of Missouri. The peak has an elevation of {{convert|735|ft}}.^[1] The peak lies south of Coldwater and U.S. Route 67 passes to the northwest.^[2]

Wilkinson Mountain has the name of John M. Wilkinson, a pioneer settler.^[3]
