- Apollonopolis Parva, the "Lesser Apollonopolis", was applied to two different cities:
- Apollonopolis Parva (Hypselis) in the Hypseliote nome
- Apollonopolis Parva in the Coptite nome, now Qus
- Apollonos Hydreium in the Thebaid was called Apollonopolis
- Apollonopolis in eastern Aethiopia
