Baghaar-e-baingan ({{lang-ur|{{Nastaliq|بگھارے بیگن }}}}) is a popular Indian cuisine brinjal curry of Hyderabad.[1] It is also used as a side dish with the Hyderabadi biryani.

History

Baghaar-e-baingan was introduced during Mughal Empire from Taskent which later became popular in Hyderabad.
