Baheri is a City in Bareilly district in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Located on the Gaula, it is the capital of Bareilly division and the geographical region of Rohilkhand. The Town {{convert|300|km|mi|0}} north of the state capital, Lucknow, and {{convert|300|km|mi|0}} east of the national capital, New Delhi.

Demographics

{{As of|2011}} India census,^[2] Baheri had a population of 165000. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Baheri has an average literacy rate of 72%, higher than the national average of 62.5%; with 84% of the males and 62% of females literate. 13% of the population is under 6 years of age.
