{{notability|date=July 2010}}Benz & MD is a duo of Canadian electronic music DJs and producers Greg Benz and Marco Di Carlo.^[1] They have released singles on record labels Release Records ("Release Time"),^[2] Silver Planet, and Baroque Records ("Underoath").^[3]

Their 2004 track "Sound 64" was recorded in collaboration with Ebrius and released by Aurium Recordings.^[4] The pair released a 12" vinyl with two versions of "Snowblind".^[1]

A remix of the song "Vacant" was included in Hydra's 2008 album Iris.^[5]
