The Bighorn Mountain Wild and Scenic Trail Run is a series of 4 race events held each June in the U.S. state of Wyoming in the Big Horn Mountains. The 4 races are the Bighorn Mountain 30K (30 kilometers), the Bighorn Mountain 50K (50 kilometers), the Bighorn Mountain 50M (Bighorn 50) ({{convert|50|mi|km}}), and the Bighorn Trail 100 Mile Endurance Run (Bighorn 100) ({{convert|100|mi|km}}). The three longer races are considered ultramarathons. All the races end in Dayton, Wyoming.

The Bighorn Trail 100 Mile Endurance Run is an out-and-back with elevations of up to 10,000 feet. The majority of the course is on rugged mountain trails and 4-wheel drive roads.

The Big Horn Trail 100 Mile Run is part of the 100 Mile Rocky Mountain Slam.
