Blackfella (also blackfellah, black fella, or black fellah) is an informal term used in Australian English to refer to Indigenous Australians.[1] It is a concatenation of the words "black" and "fellow", referring to their dark skin. It is generally considered to be a neutral term,{{Citation needed|date=March 2008}} and is used by both white and black Australians. Blackfella/whitefella is a song by Warumpi Band. It was cowritten by singer George Rrurrambu and guitarist Neil Murray.[2]See also
