Caecilia marcusi is a species of amphibian in the family Caeciliidae.

It is endemic to Bolivia.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, plantations, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest.

It is threatened by habitat loss.
