Commercial service is subsidized by the Essential Air Service program. As per Federal Aviation Administration records, the airport had 47 passenger boardings (enplanements) in calendar year 2008,[3] 13 enplanements in 2009, and 20 in 2010.[4] It is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, which categorized it as a general aviation airport.[5] Facilities and aircraftCentral Airport covers an area of 97 acres (39 ha) at an elevation of 937 feet (286 m) above mean sea level. It has one runway designated 7/25 with a gravel surface measuring 2,782 by 60 feet (848 x 18 m).
