}} The Cloutier Agency was founded in 1977 by Chantal Cloutier, a former fashion model. Chantal Cloutier established a Hair, Makeup and Wardrobe Styling agency and over the years collaborated with the up and coming Los Angeles based Photographers, including (Matthew Rolston, Herb Ritts, Firooz Zahedi, Paul Jasmin), and launched the agency with Top Hair and Make up Artist she sponsored from Italy ( including Francesca Tolot, Peter Savic, Joanne Gair, Serena Radaelli, Enzo Angelerri). During her years at the agency Chantal developed several more artists from New Zealand, Vienna, Italy and the USA. She has been featured in several Television interviews, magazine and newspaper articles with her artists featuring the Cloutier Agency. Chantal's home she created from Flea Market finds in France and the US was also featured with Rachel Ashwell's Affordable Elegance Interior TV show which shown on the E Channel. The Cloutier Agency provided styling services for music videos and touring musicians such as the Backstreet Boys, Madonna, Pink, Jewel, Tim McGraw, the Dixie Chicks, Mariah Carey, Beyonce and Shakira, Cher, Olivia Newton John, Dianna Ross to name just a few and for films such as Bruce Almighty, Dick Tracy, L.A. Confidential and The Italian Job, and Striptease with Demi Moore.
