释义 |
Almagor (born Dan Shmuel Elblinger) was born in Ramat Gan, Israel, but grew up in Rehovot. His father was an agronomist who left Warsaw for Palestine in 1923.[2] His early songs, such as A Ballad for the Medic and Kol Ha’Kavod, celebrated Israeli macho culture and military heroism, but much of his later work is satiric and critical of Israeli society[3] References1. ^{{cite web| url=http://www.mfa.gov.il/MFA/MFAArchive/1990_1999/1998/11/The%20Rain%20in%20Spain| title="Barad yarad bidrom sfarad" How "The Rain in Spain" Fell in Eretz-Israel| first=Dan| last=Almagor| date=1998-11-19| publisher=Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs| accessdate=2007-10-25}} {{Authority control}}{{DEFAULTSORT:Almagor, Dan}}2. ^{{cite news|url=http://fr.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1148482039105&pagename=JPost/JPArticle/ShowFull |title=At 70, there's no stopping Almagor |last=Kaye |first=Helen |date=2006-05-25 |publisher=The Jerusalem Post |accessdate=2007-10-25 }}{{dead link|date=December 2016 |bot=InternetArchiveBot |fix-attempted=yes }} 3. ^Interview with Dan Almagor 7 : 1935 births|Living people|Israeli dramatists and playwrights|Israeli translators|English–Hebrew translators|People from Rehovot|Hebrew University of Jerusalem alumni |
