He made his 500th appearance for the club against Linfield on 9 February 2010. Prior to his spell at Coleraine he played for Crusaders from 1997–2000. He scored a goal for Coleraine FC from a goal kick in a league match against Lisburn Distillery at New Grosvenor in September 2003. In May 2010, he agreed a new one-year contract to extend his stay at the Coleraine Showgrounds.
