The school serves grades 9-12 in the East Syracuse Minoa Central School District, and enrolls approximately 1050 students.{{Update after|2020|10}} The centralized students are from the villages of East Syracuse and Minoa, Manlius, the hamlet of Kirkville, and the easternmost portion of Eastwood.
