The song was performed eleventh on the night (following Monaco's Romuald with "Celui qui reste et celui qui s'en va" and preceding the Netherlands' Mouth & MacNeal with "I See A Star"). At the close of voting, it had received 10 points, placing 9th out of a field of 17. Hustin also recorded an English-language version of the song, entitled "Freedom for the Man". It was succeeded as Belgian representative in the 1975 Contest by Ann Christy singing "Gelukkig zijn". Sources and external links
