HistoryThe Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal granted Flying Dragon Airlines an air operators certificate in 2005. The airline was required to be based in Nepalgunj.[1] Chinese aviation company China Flying Dragon Aviation, based in Harbin, partly owns Flying Dragon Airlines.[2][3] The airline was due to launch in September 2005, using Y-12 17-seater dual passenger/cargo aircraft.[4] ServicesFlying Dragon Airlines is authorised to operate services to the following destinations:[5][6] Nepalgunj, Dolpa, Surkhet, Jumla, Lukla, Rukum, Jomsom, Simikot and Kathmandu.
