词条 | Ghost lawyer |
释义 |
A ghost lawyer is a lawyer who writes for other lawyers without assuming credit. Ghost lawyers often offer their services to other lawyers who need help on a project-by-project basis without wanting to take on a full associate. There are concerns about the ethics of ghost lawyers with regard to pro se litigants, but most states permit the practice.[1][2] Notes and references1. ^{{cite web|last1=Schoenthal|first1=Allison|title=Ethics of Ghost Lawyering|url=http://www.newyorklegalethics.com/the-ethics-of-ghost-lawyering/|website=New York Legal Ethics|accessdate=21 November 2017}} {{law-term-stub}}2. ^{{cite web|last=|first=|authorlink=|coauthors=|title=STANDING COMMITTEE ON PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONDUCT|work=State Bar of Nevada|publisher=|date=|url=http://www.nvbar.org/Ethics/Ethics_Opinions_DETAIL.htm#Opinion%2034|format=|doi=|accessdate=2007-10-22|deadurl=yes|archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20070608183221/http://www.nvbar.org/Ethics/Ethics_Opinions_DETAIL.htm#Opinion%2034|archivedate=2007-06-08|df=}} 2 : Legal ethics|Lawyers by type |
