ReceptionReviewsTodd Brown, writing for Twitch Film, describes the film as, "a very funny, very Mel Brooks inspired sci fi comedy," with "some pitch perfect knocks on both Star Wars and the Matrix films in there," that "looked good...went on to become a huge hit in its native country," and "re-introduced Turkish genre film to international audiences as it rolled out on the festival circuit," proving that Turkey "was capable of producing big, glossy productions with the very best of them."[4][5] References1. ^{{cite news | title = Interview with Cem Yılmaz | url = http://www.sabah.com.tr/Yazarlar/2010/01/31/ekonomik_krizle_alakam_yok_beni_etkilemedi_teget_gecti | date = 2010-01-31 | accessdate= 2010-02-09 | publisher = Sabah }} 2. ^Lebleb.com - Gora {{webarchive|url=https://web.archive.org/web/20070929042807/http://www.lebleb.com/filmdetails.php?film_id=278 |date=2007-09-29 }} 3. ^{{cite news|url=http://www.milliyet.com.tr/2006/03/08/magazin/amag.html|accessdate=2008-12-28|title=Kurtlar Vadisi Irak tüm rekorları kırdı|date=2002-03-08|first=Birsen|last=Altuntas|language=Turkish|work=Milliyet}} 4. ^{{cite web |title=GORA Trailer - European Sci-Fi Spoof |first=Todd |last=Brown |coauthors= |url=http://twitchfilm.net/news/2004/11/gora-trailer-european-sci-fi-spoof.php |work=twitch |date= |accessdate=2010-02-18 }} 5. ^{{cite web |title=First Three Minutes Of Cem Yilmaz's A.R.O.G.! |first=Todd |last=Brown |coauthors= |url=http://twitchfilm.net/news/2008/01/first-three-minutes-of-cem-yilmazs-arog.php |work=twitch |date= |accessdate=2010-02-18 }} External links
