Ramana . The action/drama film stars Sumanth and Charmme Kaur. It was produced by Sravanthi Ravi Kishore. It is a remake of the Tamil film, Thirumalai, starring Joseph Vijay and Jyothika. Gowri was a hit at the box office, grossing close to {{INR}}17 crore. The film was later dubbed into Hindi under the title The Gunda. PlotGowri (Sumanth) is an orphan and a motorcycle mechanic living in Dhoolpet, Hyderabad. Shweta (Charmme Kaur) is the daughter of a media moghul Chandra Shekhar (Vizag Prasad). Gowri and Shweta fall in love with each other to the disapproval of Chandra Shekhar, who seeks the help of a mafia leader Sarkar (Atul Kulkarni) to separate them.
