HistoryIt was founded by Raja Haldar Singh during the 18th century. GeographyHaldaur is located at {{Coord|29.3|N|78.28|E|}}.[1] It has an average elevation of 220 metres (721 feet). Haldaur is close to the district headquarters and well connected by the bus system as well as trains. Mussoorie express, Garhwal express & Chandigarh Lucknow express are some trains which pass through the Haldaur Railway station. EducationThe town has two-degree colleges:-

which provided a good education. The town is located on the famous Panipat khatima State highway. the capital of India, New Delhi is just about 175 kilometers far from the town.
