}} Henry Robert "Harry" Hickey[1] (19 July 1917 – 14 September 1999)[2] was an Australian rules footballer who played with the Footscray Bulldogs in the Victorian Football League. He began his career as a rover and half forward flanker before he moved into the centre during the 1939 season. He would go on to win their best and fairest 3 times, including one in his final season. After retiring he coached Rochester in the Bendigo Football League. Hickey famously kicked a behind after the final bell in Footscray's match against {{AFL Car}} in the final round of the 1944 VFL season, which saw Footscray win the game by one point, and replace Carlton for the last place in that season's final four.[3] References1. ^HICKEY HENRY ROBERT 2. ^{{cite web|url=http://australianfootball.com/players/player/Harry%2BHickey/6158|title=Harry Hickey - Player Bio|publisher=Australian Football|accessdate=27 December 2014}} 3. ^{{citation|first=Stephen|last=Rodgers|title=Every Game Ever Played: VFL/AFL Results, 1897–1991|publisher=Viking O'Neil|publication-place=Ringwood, VIC|edition=3rd|date=1992|page=312}} External links
