Lines

Ikawa-Sakura Station is served by the Ōu Main Line, and is located 323.6 rail kilometers from the terminus of the line at Fukushima Station.

Station layout

Ikawa-Sakura Station consists of two opposed side platforms connected by an underpass. Ikawa-Sakura Station is a simple consignment station (Kan'i itaku station), administered by Hachirōgata Station, and operated by Ikawa municipal authority, with point-of-sales terminal installed.{{Citation needed|date=September 2013}} The station building includes a community center, a reading room, and a cafe.{{Citation needed|date=September 2013}}
