Inowrocław County ({{lang-pl|powiat inowrocławski}}) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-central Poland. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat and largest town is Inowrocław, which lies {{convert|36|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of Toruń and {{convert|40|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-east of Bydgoszcz. The county contains four other towns: Kruszwica, lying {{convert|14|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of Inowrocław, Janikowo, lying {{convert|12|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of Inowrocław, Gniewkowo, {{convert|16|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of Inowrocław, and Pakość, {{convert|13|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} west of Inowrocław.

The county covers an area of {{convert|1224.94|km2|sqmi|1}}. As of 2006 its total population is 165,237, out of which the population of Inowrocław is 77,095, that of Kruszwica is 9,373, that of Janikowo is 9,111, that of Gniewkowo is 7,254, that of Pakość is 5,789, and the rural population is 56,615.

Inowrocław County is bordered by Bydgoszcz County to the north, Toruń County to the north-east, Aleksandrów County to the east, Radziejów County to the south-east, Konin County to the south, Mogilno County to the south-west and Żnin County to the west.
