Jackie Northam is a broadcast reporter and covers Foreign Affairs for National Public Radio (NPR). She is based in Washington, D.C. and is generally assigned the top stories such as the earthquake in Haiti and news about Guantanamo Bay. CareerNortham has over 20 years of experience in journalism covering international and foreign policy issues. She spent five years as NPR's National Security Correspondent where she was responsible for covering US defense and intelligence policies.
