In 1999, he ran as an independent General Assembly of New Jersey, to represent part of Bergen County. His slogan was "Sworn to Reform".[3] Mr. Hogue produced a number of low-budget films, including Warcat, Alienator, and Soldier's Fortune. In each of these films he also played a minor supporting acting role. Hogue is interviewed in a Charles Atlas documentary screened on the USA cable network Arts & Entertainment channel. EducationHogue holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law and a Masters in Law and Intellectual (LLM.) John Marshal School of Law, Chicago.
