释义 |
In 2006, Money Magazine listed Jordan's Meats as one of the biggest employers in the area, with 500 employees.[3] On May 6, 2010, the building formerly occupied by the company at Franklin Street and Middle Street caught fire. It was being demolished to make way for a condominium development before the fire broke out. No injuries were reported. The fire was most likely an accident, according to investigators.[4] References1. ^1 2 {{cite web | work = Bangor Daily News| title = Jordan's Meats to close Bangor plant| url = https://news.google.com/newspapers?id=HKNJAAAAIBAJ&sjid=ag0NAAAAIBAJ&pg=1731,2174306&dq=jordan's-meats&hl=en | date = July 10, 2001 | accessdate = 2011-12-30 }} {{coord missing|Maine}}{{Maine-stub}}{{food-company-stub}}2. ^1 {{cite news |title=Tyson Foods to shut down Jordan's Meats |url=http://refrigeratedtrans.com/carriers-shippers/meat-processors/Tyson-Jordan-Meats/ |work=Refrigerated Transporter |publisher=Penton Media Inc. |date=2004-12-13 |accessdate=2007-11-28 }} 3. ^{{cite news| url=http://money.cnn.com/magazines/moneymag/bplive/2006/snapshots/PL2360545.html | work=CNN | title=MONEY Magazine: Best places to live 2006: Portland, ME snapshot}} 4. ^{{cite web | title = Cause of Jordan's Meats fire will never be known | work = WCSH 6 | url = http://www.wcsh6.com/news/local/story.aspx?storyid=117496 | date = May 7, 2010| accessdate = 2011-12-30 }} 6 : Meat processing in the United States|Companies disestablished in 2005|Companies based in Portland, Maine|Tyson Foods|Companies based in Bangor, Maine|Food and drink companies based in Maine |
