It is the mandal and divisional headquarters of Keesara mandal in Keesara revenue division and also outer Suburb of Hyderabad City, also a part of Hyderabad Metropolitan Region. Its located near Outer Ring Road, Hyderabad, It is in the center of Shamirpet - Keesara, Keesara - Bogaram - Ghatkesar, ECIL - Keesara - Bommalaramaram - Yadagirigutta Routes .[1] It also a part of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority.[2] TransportationNo Railway line available in around Keesara.
