释义 |
ClosingBecky Fischer announced that Kids on Fire would be closed indefinitely due to telephone calls, letters, and other negative reactions after the release of Jesus Camp. Fischer had rented the campground from the Assemblies of God, but was asked not to return because of vandalism at the campground after the film's release.[2] Kids on Fire was disbanded, but is now regrouped as Kids in Ministry International.[3] Under the new organization, Fischer has organized conferences instead of camps, but has not changed her message or methods.[1]References1. ^1 {{Cite news|url=http://www.christianitytoday.com/ct/2006/novemberweb-only/146-12.0.html|title=After Jesus Camp, 'Indoctrination' Will Continue|work=ChristianityToday.com|access-date=2017-09-24|language=en}} 2. ^{{cite news|url=http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/nationworld/2003365311_jesuscamp08.html |title=Pastor will shut down controversial kids camp |accessdate=April 23, 2007 |date=November 8, 2006 |publisher=The Seattle Times |deadurl=yes |archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20070421164332/http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/nationworld/2003365311_jesuscamp08.html |archivedate=April 21, 2007 |df= }} 3. ^{{Cite news|url=http://kidsinministry.org/jesus-camp-2/|title=Jesus Camp - Kids in Ministry International|work=Kids in Ministry International|access-date=2017-09-24|language=en-US}} External links{{wikinews|'Jesus Camp' shuts down}}
