As of March 2019, the mall's net lettable area (NLA) of 675,407 sq. ft. and it is reported to be 98.6% tenanted.[4][5] HistoryKlang Parade was established in 1995. It was built and operated by the Lion Group.[6][7] The mall was sold to ARA Asia Dragon Fund in 2012 and was closed between July 2013 and January 2014 for a major refurbishment.[8]. It is now owned by ARA Harmony III[9] and managed by ARA Asset Management Limited (ARA)[10].
