It covers a total area of 4,076.06 km2 and a population of 370,146 at the 2010 Census;[1] the latest official estimate (as at January 2014) is 397,094. The capital of Lahat regency is the town of Lahat. Megalithic sitesIn Lahat Regency, near Pagar Alam city, there are 1,027 artifacts which spread over 40 sites in 12 communities.
