The large wren-babbler (Napothera macrodactyla) is a species of bird in the Pellorneidae family.

It is found in the Malay Peninsula, Sumatra and Java.

Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.

It is threatened by habitat loss.
