Dame Laura Mary Cox, {{post-nominals|country=GBR|DBE|sep=,|size=100}} (born 8 November 1951), styled The Hon. Mrs Justice Cox, is an English High Court judge of the Queen's Bench Division. She was formerly a barrister who specialised in employment law, discrimination and human rights.
