No decider for such a situation had been agreed upon on beforehand. The Danish FA wanted to play re-matches between the three teams involved. However this was refused by B 93 and Frem and since B 1903 had no intentions of winning the championship without playing, the Danish FA decided to cancel the Danish Championships of 1928. Rules for future tournaments was later agreed upon. 6. ^Frem was withdrawn from the cup due to their bankruptcy the year before. Their initial opponent Jægersborg was awarded a 3-0 no contest win. 7. ^Being part of the lower league systems, Frem had to win three local qualifying matches, against Stefan(10-0), IF Føroyar(4-2) and Husum(7-2), in order to secure a place in the 1st round of the nationwide cup. 8. ^Still Being part of the lower leagues, Frem had to qualify for the Nationwide Cup.
