This list of tallest buildings in Sacramento ranks buildings in Sacramento, California, by height. The tallest building in Sacramento is the Wells Fargo Center, which stands 429 feet (129 m) tall. There are many highrise residential towers proposed for Sacramento's downtown.[1]

A major California builder with deep Sacramento ties has submitted plans to the city for a 26-story headquarters and office tower on J Street, across the street from the planned downtown arena and hotel. The proposed Vanir office tower in downtown Sacramento is being designed by Pei, Cobb, Freed & Partners of New York, the international architecture firm founded by I.M. Pei, architect of the Louvre Museum Pyramid. A website for Vanir Tower maintained by Vanir Group of Cos. describes a project including a 250-key luxury hotel, 50 luxury condominiums, 100,000 square feet of office space and ground-floor retail and restaurants.
