Liz Neal (born 1973) is an artist based in London.

Neal grew up in North Wales. She makes paintings and installations which reference sexual, consumer and fantasy imagery.[1][2] The room was later re-constructed in the prominent 2001 Martin Maloney-curated exhibition Death to the Fascist Insect That Prays on the Life of the People at Anthony d'Offay Gallery.[3]
