The national selection was held at the MKTV studios and the winner was selected by televoting to avoid any possible mistakes and set-ups. "Ninanajna" is an uptempo R&B pop song that contains some disco/dance elements. The music/arrangement was done by Darko Dimitrov with lyrics by Rade Vrchakovski. As Macedonia failed to reach the top 10 in the final, the country was forced to compete in the semi-final of the 2007 Contest. Result of National Final Draw | Singer | Song | Televote | Place |
