Markham By-Pass refers to roadways in Cornell, Ontario that were built to bypass Ontario Highway 48 or Markham Road: - York Regional Road 48 was called Markham By-Pass from 2004-2006 and now referred to as Donald Cousens Parkway since 2007.
- Markham By-Pass was the original road with the same name and renamed as Cornell Centre Boulevard in 2004. The connecting sections to Markham Road to the north and southern sections to Highway 7 were removed. The road now ends at 16th Avenue in the north and Church Street to the south.
