}}Mount Lamlam (meaning lightning in Chamoru) is a peak on the United States island of Guam. It is located near the village of Agat ({{convert|5|km|mi|0|abbr=on|disp=or}}[3] north), in the south-west of the island.
Rising to {{convert|406|m|ft|sp=us}} above sea level, the distance from the peak to the bottom of the nearby Mariana Trench is said to be the greatest change in elevation on Earth over such a short distance.[1] However, because said distance is arbitrary and because different geological processes contributed to both the formation of the Marianas Trench as well as Mount Lamlam, this claim is contested.
